Warrior
Michelle Rose Gilman is the living embodiment of an entrepreneur. Her personal brand, The Well-Heeled Warrior, works with ambitious, serious entrepreneurs on creating positive change, leaving a legacy, and having wicked fun! Michelle reached out to The Lanyap Group to help bring her vision to life.
When we started Michelle’s project, our goals were to uncover her brand, make it cohesive, and make it work for her. By the time we finished, not only had we accomplished those goals, but we’d uncovered a bit of our own ambition for leaving positive change and having wicked fun!
The new brand identity for Well-Heeled Warrior focused on Michelle’s warrior spirit, her unwavering optimism, and her complete approachability. Michelle definitely has the “tribe” like approach to business as well as life, and our goal with her brand was for it to feel just like actual encounters with Michelle… guided, down-to-earth, and solid.
Icons & Colors
In choosing the right color palette for WHW, we wanted colors that not only represented Michelle personally, but also colors helped to put potential clients at ease.
The Tumbleweed and Cameo colors evoke a feeling of creativity and courage, while the Silver and Scorpion colors help to calm with a feeling of security and balance.

The WHW website needed a change. Michelle was previously using Wix as her web platform, which made cohesive branding and the user experience that much more difficult.
Our goals with her new website were cohesion, tone of voice, ease of use, and lead targeting. We wanted her website to start to work for her and her business, talk like her, appeal to her audience, and act a lead generating machine. We were strategic in the use of calls-to-action, content downloads, as well as imagery that captured her brand.
“The Lanyap Group were somehow able to get in my head, understand my vision, and make it a reality. They are my go-to for ANYTHING brand related. Period.”
